Out of 204 school teams participating in the educational project of the National Archives of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia - “The First Democratic Republic of Georgia”  - 54 teams have advanced to the final stage.

The semifinal round, held simultaneously on May 2 in Tbilisi, Kutaisi, and Batumi, involved teams from public and private schools composed of students from grades VIII–XI. Participants who scored 13 points or more advanced to the final stage.

The semifinal and final rounds of the quiz are conducted according to the format of the intellectual game “What? Where? When?”. During the final stage, which will take place in Tbilisi on May 23, winners will be announced in several categories and awarded various prizes and certificates.

The educational project was launched in 2015 and aims to increase students’ interest in the history of Georgia during the years 1918–1921.

The project is implemented with the support of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia and the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia.
