The 10th International Scientific Conference of the National Archives of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia, “Archival Studies, Source Studies – Trends and Challenges,” will be held on September 25–27, 2025, and will be dedicated to the 350th anniversary of the birth of King Vakhtang VI.

Submission of abstracts for those wishing to participate in the conference has begun and will continue until July 26, 2025. The scientific event is intended for individuals holding an academic degree, as well as for master’s and doctoral students.

The aim of the conference is to gather scientific innovations, stimulate close scientific collaboration between Georgian and foreign scholars, and support interdisciplinary and intercultural research.

The scientific directions of the conference are: philology; history, source studies, archival studies, ethnology, anthropology; art studies; cultural studies; digital aesthetics and design; digital archives and databases; conservation and restoration.
